As a Technical Program Manager, you will need to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and manage the tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints. They will be expected to provide status updates to Executives, define structure and success in the face of ambiguous requirements, and effectively manage competing priorities. The individual must possess a strong technical program management background and familiarity with Agile practices, as well as experience leading small to large-scale programs. All aspects of the work should be well-structured, organized, and conducted utilizing industry best practices. To be successful in this role, the individual will need to build respect and excellent working relationships with multiple teams within Oracle and lead others to do the same.
The individual will oversee the recurring Agile ceremonies of a few engineering teams, manage key initiatives across the OCI organization, and guide program management maturity across multiple functional areas.
